Library Card

There is no charge to get a Library Card at the John C. Fremont Library District, and signing up is easy!

All you need to do is to bring a current picture ID and proof of your current residence (this can be a current drivers license or if you have recently moved you’ll need your drivers license and a piece of official documentation with your current address on it: i.e. Bank statement, lease, bill, etc.). When you come to the library you will be asked to fill out a simple application or you can print it out here.

For Children 16 years of age and under, please fill out an application with the child’s  information and then have a parent or guardian sign the application and bring it in with their picture I.D. and proof of address.  For children over the age of 16 we require a Driver’s license or Student picture ID and proof of address.  For those without a current picture ID,  we will require a parent or guardian signature.
