InterLibrary Loan (ILL)
What is Interlibrary Loan?
Interlibrary loan (also know as ILL) is a service whereby a user of one library can borrow books from another library.
How do I request and ILL?
You can request an ILL by either coming in to the Library or giving us a call: 784-4649 ext. 1. You also must have a Library card with our Library.
How do I know when my ILL is in?
One of the Library Staff will give you a call once your ILL has come in. We receive ILL’s three days a week on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. We will check out the ILL to you once it is received and then give you a call. If you do not come and pick up your ILL within 2 weeks then we will send it back to the lending library.
How long can I keep my ILL?
ILL’s check out for 2 weeks and are non-renewable. If you are unable to finish your ILL in the time provide you may re-request the item.
