Come in today and talk to Cid about becoming a volunteer.  You must be high school age or older.   Some of the volunteer duties are:  shelving books and materials, straightening and cleaning given areas of the library, shelf reading  and helping with the day to day library duties.

We also work with people who need to volunteer for community service hours.  Visit with Cid about the requirements for your volunteer hours.  Community service duties include  picking up trash and recycling materials,  keeping the grounds of the library clean and dusting bookshelves.
